In early 2012 Marius contacted Rene with a grand ambition. “Rene. I want to build my own house.”

Where do you start?
From a Photo to Finished Plans
In this case Marius had seen a photo of a beautiful lakefront house in a magazine. He sent that photo to Rene and said I want to build a house with a section that looks something like this.
After designing the home Rene worked with the engineers and drafters to develop first a concept and then a final set of plans and drawings to manifest Marius’ dream.
From Finished Plans to Approved Permits
Marius had another hurdle to get through before he could start building, though, he needed building permits. Without any building experience Marius faced a lot of red-tape and hoops to leap though before he could even break ground.
Again, Rene brought his experience to bear and made sure all the paperwork was in place. He met with the township officers and secured the permits Marius would need to get rolling.
